Page Scores Southern Nationals Win At Dixie Speedway

Michael Page claimed his first career Schaeffer’s Oil Southern Nationals Bonus Series victory during Saturday night’s Southern Classic at Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, Georgia.

It gave the Douglasville, Georgia driver his first series win, along with a $5,053 payday. It also made him the 34th different winner in series history.

Local division winners on the night included Matthew Turner in SteelHead/525, Jake Rainey in Crate Late Models, Craig Scott in 602 Sportsman, Andrew Johnson in Economy Bombers and Tony Newman in Street Stingers.

The Schaeffer’s Oil Southern Nationals Bonus Series will be back to action on Friday May 18 at Lake Cumberland Speedway in Burnside, Kentucky, and Saturday May 19 at Kentucky’s Richmond Raceway.
