David Kelley powered to his first Sprint Car feature win in Saturday night’s East Bay Sprints feature at East Bay Raceway Park in Gibsonton, FL.
Kelley beat out Garrett Green for the win in the 20-lap feature, with Kerry Gilbert finishing in third, Gene Lasker in fourth and Dylan Colding in fifth.
In other action, Mike Wilson picked up his second V8 Warrior feature win of the season. Jeremy Simpson finished second, with Jason Burnside third, Raymond Vann fourth and Doug Morris fifth.
Matt Miller scored his first Gagel’s Open Wheel Modified feature win of the season, with Dale Kelly, Kyle Bronson, Steve Miller and Frank Lewis rounding out the top five.
In the Q Auto & Injury Attorneys Street Stocks it was Thomas Pratt winning his first feature of the year with Garry Sheffield second, Thomas Burnside third, Billy Barstow fourth and Jeff Rodgers fifth.
David “Skeeter” Kelley won the Florida Old Time Modifieds feature, making it a father-son night in victory lane. Dan Darnell finished in second, with Jamie Frankland third, Tom McDonald fourth and Steve Campbell fifth.
