East Bay Raceway Park Still Fighting Wet Track Conditions

On Sunday afternoon, East Bay Raceway Park in Tampa, FL finally got sunshine and warm weather. However, despite an all-out late night effort by the track crew, four days of rainouts proved to be too much to overcome.
