Cy Strickland topped the field to take home the win in the Stock Four Cylinder division Friday night at Lavonia Speedway in Lavonia, GA.
Strickland led all ten laps of the main event. Nick McCall came across the finish line in second, with Kevin Kelly in third, Jeff Dobbs in fourth, and Ryan Boles in fifth.
In other action, Franklin, NC’s David McCoy stormed to the victory in the Limited Late model feature. Kenny Collins finished in second, with Clayton Turner in third, Gus Simpson in fourth, and Anthony Craft in fifth.
Hot Rod LaMance scored the victory in the FASTRAK Pro Late Model feature. Nathan Bray crossed the line in second, followed by David McCoy in third, Frankie Beard in fourth, and Adam Smith in fifth.
Josh Thurmond picked up the victory in the Hobby feature. Tyler Brown, Daniel Fowler, Jody Palmer, and Robin Collins rounded out the top five.
Rusty Jordan came home with the victory in the Modified Street feature. Chad Hoopaugh finished in second, followed by Clayton Calloway in third, Scott Kennedy in fourth, and Clifton Snow in fifth.
In Front Wheel Drive action, J.B. Moser scored the feature victory. Harley Holden finished in second, with Robert Floyd in third, Jackie Holden in fourth, and Chris Hill in fifth.
Mason Tucker crossed the finish line first for the Beginner 4 Cylinder win. Daniel Reynolds finished in second, followed by Whitney Sanders and Adam Partain.
Action returns to Lavonia Speedway on Friday, May 3, as the track plays host to the World of Outlaws Late Model Series. For more info, visit the track’s Facebook page.
