Mason Tucker had an up and down night Friday at Lavonia Speedway in Lavonia, GA.
Tucker suffered a broken clutch cable during the heat races, but then worked his way from the rear of the field in the main event to take the win in the Beginner Four feature.
Whitney Sanders finished in second, with Adam Partain in third, Cameron Crowe in fourth, and Daniel Reynolds in fifth.
In other action, Gus Simpson beat out David McCoy for the victory in the Limited Late Model feature. Kenny Collins finished in third, with Ethan Hunter in fourth, and Chad Puckett in fifth.
Hot Rod LaMance out dueled the field to score the FASTRAK Late Model feature win. Danny Sanders crossed the line in second, with David McCoy in third, Vince Fenello in fourth, and Frankie Beard in fifth.
Bowman, Georgia’s Clifton Snow crossed under the checkered flag for the win in the Modified Street feature. Crandall Turner, Dean Butler, John Teasley, and Clayton Calloway rounded out the top five.
In Stock V8 action, Michael Segars topped the field for the win. Danny Murray finished in second, with Ricky Chamberlain in third.
J.J. Garrett scored the victory in the Stock Four Cylinder feature. Dustin Bales ran second, followed by Kenny Dobbs in third, Kevin Kelly in fourth, and Eddie Ferguson in fifth.
Jackie Holden came away with the win in the Up Front feature. J.B. Moser finished second, followed by Harley Holden, Michael Anthony, and Danny Gantt.
