Double your wins, double your fun. That was the theme for Deac McCaskill at Southern National Motorsports Park in Kenly, NC on Saturday, as the scored both Late Model feature wins in the doubleheader season opener.
McCaskill jumped out front early in the first event, and would hold the top spot throughout, as he scored the victory. David Garbo came across the line in second, with Tommy Lemons in third, Justin Snow in fourth, and Lee Pulliam in fifth.
Myatt Snider, Josh Berry, Hunter Devers, Greg Edwards, and Brandon Dean rounded out the top 10.
In the second feature, McCaskill hustled his way to the lead early, and went on to out run Snow for the victory. Mike Darne came home in third, with Lemons in fourth and Michael Rouse in fifth.
Snider, Ricky Jones, Devers, Jamey Caudill, and Edwards rounded out the top 10.
In other action, Robert Arch was the winner in the Charger feature. Ronald Renfrow finished second, with Gerald Benton in third, Brandon Mareaey in fourth, and Mike Jones in fifth.
Travis Miller scored the win in the UCAR feature, with Tyler Horne coming home in second. Aaron Miller finished third, with Duane Walker in fourth, and Joshua Taylor in fifth.
In the Legends feature, Connor Hall beat out Grayson Massey for the win. Billy Hall, Max Smith and Brandon Temple rounded out the top five.
Southern National Motorsports Park returns to action on March 9, as the speedway plays host to the UARA-STARS Season opener, along with local divisions. Visit snmpark.com for more info.
