David McCoy has been the man to beat at Toccoa Speedway this year. Saturday night, he again showed why, as he raced back to Toccoa’s victory lane in the Limited Late Model feature.
McCoy beat out Kenny Collins for the win. Stephen Segars finished third, with Bruce Taylor in fourth, and Nick Sellers in fifth.
In other action, it was “Hot Rod” LaMance returning to victory lane again in the FASTRAK Crate Late Model feature. Kenny Collins ran second, with Greg Pilgrim in third, Tim Elrod in fourth, and Eric McCracken in fifth.
In Hobby action, Josh Thurmond crossed the finish line first for the victory. Ray Hamilton finished second, with Robin Collins third, Gerald Stanley fourth, and Matt Gerrin in fifth.
Josh Thurmond doubled up with a victory in the Modified Street feature. Otis Murray, Clayton Calloway, Doug Sellers, and Billy Buffington rounded out the top five.
Jackie Holden came home with the victory in the Stock 4 Cylinder feature. Justin Lord finished second, with Mitchell Godfrey in fifth.
In Rookie 4 Cylinder action, Randy Edmonds was first under the checkered flag. Holton Bradshaw came home second, with Jeremy Ward in third, Brandon Reed in fourth, and David Sullens in fifth.
Robbie Cook topped the field to score the Front Wheel Drive feature. Jackie Holden finished second, with Trey Chapman in third, Cody Smith in fourth, and Wayne Chapman in fifth.
Toccoa Speedway will return to action on Saturday, Sept. 15.
