Yates Bests Crate Late Models At Talladega Short Track

Logan Yates had reason to celebrate Saturday night, as he topped the Crate Late Model field at Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, AL to score the feature victory.

Bret Holmes crossed the finish line second, followed by Grant Pearl in third, Brian Ponder in fourth, and Jimmy Elkins in fifth.

In other action, Adam Martin scored the win in the Super Late Model feature.  Terry Smith finished second, with Ross Martin third, Douglas Stewart fourth, and Tim Roszell fifth.

In the Sportsman feature, it was Dustin Stewart coming across the finish line first for the win.  Adam Cummings ran second, with Joe Noojin, Bubba Lackey, and Josh Adkins in fifth.

Chris Yarbrough came away with the victory in the ThunderCar feature.  Brandon Crosby, Eric Smith, Zack Shelton, and Christian Blakeney rounded out the top five.

In the Open Wheel Modified feature, Josh Trammell beat out Chris Achenbach to pick up the win.  Dale Hinderson ran third, with Shawn Cater in fourth, and Destin Mince in fifth.

In Street Stock action, Ross Maye took home the victory.  Russell Chapman ran second, followd by Bobby Clark, Donald Key, and Jerry Wilkins.

Joshua McBride grabbed the win in the Hot Shots feature.  Brent Gowers, Taylor Gowers, Corey Kiet, and Katelyn Pressley rounded out the top five.
