Kenny Collins Snaps David McCoy’s Win Streak At Toccoa

It took five weeks, but someone finally was able to keep David McCoy out of victory lane at Toccoa Speedway in Toccoa, GA.

Kenny Collins ended up being the man to beat on Saturday night, topping the field in the Southeastern Late Model Sportsman feature.  Ethan Hunter ran second, with McCoy in third, Wesley English in fourth and Clayton Turner in fifth.

In other action, Ty Lowe scored the win in the FASTRAK Pro Late Model feature, beating out “Hot Rod” LaMance for the victory.  Greg Pilgrim ran third, followed by Lee Callenback in fourth, and Tyler Harvey in fifth.

In the Hobby feature, it was Daniel Fowler edging out Randall Jordan for the victory.  Nicholas Baxter finished third, followed by Bobby Hill, and Matt Gerrin in fifth.

In Modified Street action, Rusty Jordan was first to the checkered flag.  Doug Sellers came home second, with Daniel Snow third, Josh Thurmond fourth, and Otis Murray fifth.

Jackie Holden topped the field to win the Street Stock 4 Cylinder feature.  Harley Holden, Kenny Dobbs, Roger Nickerson, and Justin Lord rounded out the top five.

Jamie Massey beat the field to the finish line to score the Rookie 4 Cylinder feature win.  Terry Reed ran second, with Jamie Brown third, Jeremy Ward fourth, and Nick Simmons in fifth.

Toccoa Speedway is back in action on Saturday, April 21, with racing in seven divisions.
