It was the second win of the season for Brown.

Following the race Brown stated that he has driven some good race cars but this one was definitely the best.

“The car ran on a rail all night,” Brown said.  “I couldn’t have asked for a better car. It did not matter what the situation, the car would go anywhere I wanted it to go.”

During the first part of the race Anthony Anders battled side by side with Brown a couple of times but he never crossed the start finish line in front of Brown. Near the end of the race David Roberts took over the second position and he also ran side by side with Brown a couple of times but failed to over take him.

Each time Brown was pressed he would pull away once again. Roberts finished second. Anders finished third. Justin Sorrow finished fourth. Neil Meredith finished fifth. Anders set the fast time with a qualifying time of 15.336 seconds. A three was rolled on the dice which put Brown on the pole.
