Scot Smith made his second trip of 2011 to victory lane at Watermelon Capital Speedway Saturday night, as he picked up the win in the Georgia For Fair Tax/David Ragan Ford Outlaw Late Model series.

Smith won in the division earlier this season, bagging the July 9 event.
