David Ragan and Ricky Stenhouse Jr. are looking for a boost from GRAND-AM in their quest for their respective NASCAR championships when they visit the famed Watkins Glen International road course in August.
The Ford drivers will make their Rolex Sports Car Series debut in the Watkins Glen 200 on Saturday, August 13. They will co-drive in the No. 11 TPN Racing/Blackforest Ford Mustang GT, which will be prepared for the race in the Roush Fenway Racing shops in Concord, N.C.
Ragan scored his first NASCAR Sprint Cup Series victory at Daytona International Speedway earlier this month. He is currently 13th in the NASCAR Sprint Cup standings and is in position to earn a coveted position in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup, driving the No. 6 UPS Ford fielded by Roush Fenway Racing.
Stenhouse is second in the NASCAR Nationwide Series standings, trailing Reed Sorenson by five points. He has one 2011 victory in the No. 6 Roush Fenway Racing Ford Mustang.
